The goal of Mary Carroll’s was to recreate the feel of an Irish Pub in every way from the appearance, to the atmosphere. to the unique furniture & decor, which were imported from Ireland. The Pub front was inspired by the Tom Collin’s Pub in Limerick, even down to the old painted sign out front.
